PRE TAN

Exfoliate your skin 24 hours before your appointment. It is important to remove as much dead and dry skin possible before applying spray tan solution.

Shave and wax 24 hours before your appointment. Since our solution has bronzer in it, it is best for your pores to close so it doesn’t get stuck in your pores.

Remove all moisturisers, makeup, and deodorant before your spray tan. These products contain ingredients that can make it hard for the main ingredient to bind to your skin. Also, any residue on the skin can cause the solution to oxidise and turn green. This could cause your spray tan to look streaky and blotchy once rinsed.

POST TAN

Allow your tan to develop. This means no exercising, wet weather or water.

Showering: When it is time to wash off your spray tan there are some very important tips you need to know

Quickly rinse your body in the shower. Do not use any soap, just water. Little Honey recommends a 30 second rinse.

Pat dry your body with a towel. Do not wipe your body as you will rub the tan away.

Shower without soap for the first 16 hours of your tan. This will allow further development your colour.

Soaking in the bath is not recommended as this encourages dead skin cells to shred and speed up the fading of your tan.

Avoid any activity that may cause you to sweat immediately following your tanning session.

Do not apply any lotions until 24 hours after your tanning session.
BONDI SANDS
All Bondi Sands solutions can be rinsed any time between 2-8 hours depending on the desired colour and longevity of the tan. Please keep in mind that the tan takes up to 48 hours to fully develop.

All MineTan solutions can be rinsed any time between 1-6 hours depending on desired colour and longevity of the tan. Please keep in mind that the tan takes up to 48 hours to fully develop.
